FGN Affiliates Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FGN’s Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for affiliates participating in our program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in the FGN Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Operate one of the following: a valid website, blog, or social media platform ( preferably WhatsApp) that aligns with our brand values.
  • Not promote any illegal, offensive, or unethical content alongside our products and services.
  • FGN reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion without providing a reason, eventhough we do make every effort to do so where we believe its an ethical move to make. We are here to support and help you grow, yet we are aware that we might not be able to do this in every case, meaning this will be based on a case by case situation at the discretion of FGN or Flourishes Global.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote FGN products or services in a responsible and lawful manner.
  • Use only authorized banners, links, or promotional materials provided by FGN. If you want to use your own you must get approval from FGN/Flourishes Global.
  • Avoid spamming, misleading advertising, or any activities that could harm FGN’s brand reputation.

You are solely responsible for the content on your website and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Affiliate Links

  • Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links.
  • Ensure the correct usage of these links to track referrals and sales accurately.
  • Any tampering with affiliate links may result in termination of the account and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Commissions

  • Eligibility: Affiliates will earn a commission for qualifying sales made through their affiliate links. A sale qualifies when:
    • The customer completes a purchase through your referral link.
    • The payment is successfully processed and not refunded.
  • Rate: The current starting commission rate is [10%] per sale. Rates are subject to change with prior notice. We plan to have different commission rates as we grow in the business. We also assign rates according to factors set into the model of the business.
  • Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid [weekly or monthly] once a minimum threshold of [£10] is reached.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made via [PayPal, bank transfer or any other approved agreed payment etc.].

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Use unauthorized paid advertising to promote their affiliate links (e.g., PPC bidding on FGN-branded keywords).
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals or fake sales.
  • Violate intellectual property rights by using FGN trademarks present or future or copyrighted material without authorization at anytime will be in violation of our terms and conditions.

7. Termination

FGN reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, if they violate these terms or engage in unethical practices. Upon termination:

  • All pending commissions may be forfeited.
  • The affiliate must immediately remove all promotional materials and links related to the Program.
  • We review this termination on a case by case bases and require the affiliate to cover the fees of the review process.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential all information related to the Program, including commission rates, customer details, and promotional strategies.

9. Limitation of Liability

FGN is not responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or harm caused by participation in the FGN Affiliate Program. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk. 

10. Modification of Terms

FGN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the FGN Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [United Kingdom]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [England].
